POLICIES

We have a 24 hour cancellation notice policy. If clients regrets to inform within the 24 hour timeframe, client will be charged remainder 50% of service. If client reschedules or cancels appointment prior to the timeframe, client has 15 days to rebook services using their original deposit. After 15 days, their deposit is forfeit.

Client has a 10 minute grace period, if client fails to meet, appointment may be canceled. If appointment is able to be accepted, client will occur an additional $10 late fee to their check out price. If client appointment becomes cancelled due to running late, deposit may be forfeit (up to owners discretion)

 

Deposit's are due upon booking. Deposits are 50%of total service and remainder 50% is paid at checkout.

 

If you are receiving a waxing service, please make sure you have exfoliated 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you are getting a brazilian wax, please make sure you have at least 3-4 weeks of hair growth (length of grain of rice or longer)

 

 ADD ON's:

- All add on services are listed at the end of the booking services. You must add on add on's during booking; time is not guaranteed if wanting to book on day of appt.

 

CONSENT FORMS:

All clients must turn in a consent form prior to arriving to their appointment.
